How to do Affirmations: 1. Get into a relaxed position (sofa, bed, chair) during a time when you are not planning to sleep. 2. Relax your body (starting with your feet) i.e., feel your feet relax, then calves, legs, etc. (make sure your whole body is relaxed before proceeding) 3. Take your list of affirmations and read them out loud.
