The Grenade of Pornography

As men, we are often exposed to sexual imagery from a young age—whether through magazines, television, or even seemingly innocent sources like National Geographic. For some, it began with photo magazines, decks of cards, or publications like Playboy. Today, the challenge is even more intense, with the Internet offering constant and immediate access to explicit content—what can truly feel like a venomous weapon used by the enemy.

Take a moment to reflect: When did the enemy first launch a sexual attack against you? How was your exposure to ungodly sexuality orchestrated? In what ways has that early exposure shaped your life and your choices?

Writing down your answers to these questions—honestly and specifically—can be a powerful step in your recovery. It brings clarity, fosters healing, and helps you take back ground that was lost.
